As a certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach, I have a passion for self-care and wellness; and enjoy sharing this love with others.  I believe that the mind, body, and spirit connection allows us to discover our true potential and find stillness amongst the chaos in our everyday lives. 

My studies have included Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Vipassana Meditation, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, Reiki, Yoga, & Holistic Nutrition. With over ten years of experience in education, I strive to share these self-care strategies in an accessible way so that individuals are empowered to apply them in their lives.

Initially exploring yoga as a way to challenge my body and become more physically fit, I have discovered the power of mindfulness and meditation as a way to deepen my practice and increase my overall sense of well being. Through a regular practice of mindfulness, we are able to increase our ability to be present and empathetic, regulate our emotions, and also reduce the effects of toxic stress. And perhaps more than anything else, we are able to find the courage to examine all parts of our true being and live to our full capacity. 

Nourish Holistic Wellness was born out of a desire to cultivate a community of sacred self-care; and support one another to lead fuller, more healthy lives.
