About Me:

I believe that the mind, body, and spirit connection allows us to discover our true potential and find stillness amongst the chaos in our everyday lives. With over 10 years of experience in education, I am passionate about sharing self-care strategies in an accessible way and empowering others to live more whole and present lives. 

My studies have included Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Vipassana Meditation, Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, Reiki, Yoga, & Holistic Nutrition. Initially exploring yoga as a way to challenge my body and become more physically fit, I have discovered the power of mindfulness and meditation as a way to deepen my practice and increase my overall sense of well being. 

With a regular practice of mindfulness, we can increase our ability to be present and empathetic, regulate our emotions, and also reduce the effects of toxic stress. And perhaps more than anything else, we are able to find the courage to examine all parts of our true being and live to our full capacity.
