As a certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach, I have a passion for self-care and wellness; and enjoy sharing this love with others. I believe that the mind, body, and spirit connection allows us to discover our true potential and find stillness amongst the chaos in our everyday lives.
Initially exploring yoga as a way to challenge my body and become more physically fit, I have discovered the power of mindfulness and meditation as a way to deepen my practice and increase my overall sense of well being. Through the practice of mindfulness, we are able to increase our ability to be present and empathetic, regulate our emotions, and also reduce the effects of toxic stress. And perhaps more than anything else, we are able to find the courage to examine all parts of our true being and build a community in which we can live to our fullest capacity.
I received my yoga certification focused on a Power Vinyasa style, which pushes the body and calms the mind; and have continued to refine my teaching style with additional training. My studies have included meditation & mindfulness, nutrition, reiki, essential oils, and restorative yoga.
As my wellness routines have evolved over the years, I have also been on a mission to "deep cleanse" my personal and home care rituals. I wanted to discover the most effective, natural products and reduce my exposure to toxic chemicals. Frustrated by misleading "natural" claims and ineffective ingredients, I created a product line that would harness the power of pure plant-based ingredients. I am incredibly proud to share the Nourish line, where each product has been handcrafted in small batches and mindfully created with love. Each oil offers targeted health benefits, replenishes the skin, and nourishes the mind, body, & spirit.
Nourish Holistic Wellness was born out of a desire to cultivate a community of sacred self-care; and support one another to lead fuller, more healthy lives.
